Shipping policy

Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday) for us to process and dispatch your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. An express delivery option is also available at checkout for faster dispatch.

Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 17:00 London time (GMT+1). Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 15 minutes of placing it. After this window, your order will have entered processing and we will be unable to make any changes or cancellations. Please contact us immediately at info@espoirlondon.com if you wish to cancel.

Returns

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in China. Please contact our customer service team before sending any return, as items sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Full details on how to initiate a return can be found in our Returns Policy.
