What dropshipping means
We do not hold our own stock. Our products are manufactured in China. When you place an order, it is shipped directly to you by our fulfilment partner, Ningbo DayOne Technology Co. Ltd, from their warehouse in Ningbo, China.
Delivery therefore takes longer than from a UK warehouse: orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 8 to 10 business days, so you receive your order at the latest within 13 business days.
Returns
Because our products ship from China, returns are sent to our fulfilment partner's warehouse:

If you return an order because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping costs yourself, estimated at £18 to £26 depending on the carrier and weight. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we cover all costs instead.
