No ties to London
Despite our name, Espoir London has no ties to the city of London or the United Kingdom. We have no physical shops, no British company and no warehouse in the UK. We sell online only, and we deliver to the UK only.
How we work
We are a dropshipping store: we do not hold our own stock. Our products are manufactured in China and shipped directly to you by our fulfilment partner from their warehouse in Ningbo, China. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 8 to 10 business days, so you receive your order at the latest within 13 business days.
Your rights
You have 30 days to return your order for any reason. For a return because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping to our fulfilment partner in China (estimated at £18 to £26). If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover all costs. The details are in our Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
