Espoir London is a dropshipping store operated by AB Com BV, based in Brussels, Belgium. Our products are manufactured in China and your order is shipped directly to you by our fulfilment partner from their warehouse in Ningbo, China. See our Dropshipping page.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and transit takes 8 to 10 business days, so you receive your order at the latest within 13 business days. You receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery to the UK is free. The price at checkout is the final price: you never pay customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on delivery, and if a carrier charges them anyway, we reimburse them in full.

Yes. You can change or cancel your order free of charge at any time before it is dispatched. Just contact us.

You have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us you want to cancel, and we voluntarily extend this to 30 days. From the day you tell us, you have another 14 days to send the goods back; dispatching them within that time is enough. You can tell us by email, by phone, with the model withdrawal form or in any other clear way; you do not need our approval. Returns go to our fulfilment partner's warehouse in China. For a change of mind the return shipping is at your cost, estimated at £18 to £26. Trying items on is always allowed and there are no restocking fees.

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of the day you told us you are cancelling. We may wait until we have received the goods or your proof of postage, whichever comes first.

Then we cover all costs, including return shipping, and you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law apply in full. Email us your order number and a photo of the issue.

Once your order has been dispatched, you receive an email with your tracking number and a tracking link.

We accept card payments with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. No extra product or service is ever added to your order without your express consent.
