Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact our customer service team at info@espoirlondon.com to begin the returns process. Please include your order number, which can be found in your confirmation email or on the paper invoice provided with your order.
If your return is accepted, we will provide you with our return address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for shipping and customs costs for returns due to change of mind or exchanges.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original condition
- With all tags and liners attached
Any signs of use, wear, or damage may result in the return being rejected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

Please note:
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control and are not valid reasons for a return.
- Bundled items must generally be returned in full; individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to report the issue.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties unless stated otherwise.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect it within 2–4 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed within that timeframe.
After processing, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
